Carpenter
Job requires 2 or more year’s carpentry experience with emphasis on repair and maintenance skills, and fit, finish abilities, or equivalent commercial maintenance skills and experience. Preferably experience in 2-3 of the follow trades:
- Wood and Metal Framing
- Door, Window and Hardware Installation
- Custom Finish Work
- Tile and Grout
- FRP Installation
- Cabinetry and Countertop Installation
- Painting and Staining
- Basic Plumbing and Electrical
This position also requires strong verbal and written communication skills, professional appearance and dependability. Hand tools required.
